TERRI JACKSON
MA (Alberta), PhD (Brandeis)

Dr Jackson is Associate Professor, Division of Pulmonary Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Alberta, Canada (web page). Prior to taking up this appointment, she was Associate Professor at ACERH (UQ). She gained her PhD at The Heller School of Social Policy, Brandeis University in the US , where she held a Pew Health Policy Fellowship and was part of the team developing U.S. reimbursement policy for ambulatory care. Her research interests include defining and measuring hospital products and costs, the use of economics in health care coverage decision-making, cost-effectiveness analysis, and funding mechanisms for public hospitals.
