Lixin Cai is a Senior Research Fellow in the Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research at the University of Melbourne.  He has recently been working on secondment to the Productivity Commission in Canberra.  Following his completion of that secondment, he will be visiting ACERH from 3 August – 28 September 2009.
